Zinc bacitracin is complex of bacitracin and zinc, it is polypeptide antibiotic which takes Bacillus licheniformis or Bacillus subtilis as strain, it has good antimicrobial activity against most of the gram positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus faecalis, Clostridium and Corynebacterium, it is also effective for actinomycetes and spiral. Sensitive bacteria rarely produce drug resistance.
