Ofloxacin

Ofloxacin is a kind of fungicides, it can inhibit synthesis and replication of DNA and then lead the bacteria to death through its action on the A subunit of DNA gyrase. This product has broad spectrum antibacterial function, its antibacterial activity is especially high for aerobic gram-negative bacilli.

Application: ofloxacin is a kind of fungicides, it is applicable in various infection caused by sensitive bacteria:

1. Infection of genito urinary system, including simple, complicated urinary tract infection, bacterial prostatitis, neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including infection caused by enzyme producing strains).

2. Respiratory tract infection, including acute bronchial infection and pulmonary infection caused by sensitive gram negative bacilli.

3. Gastrointestinal infection, which is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, dear Aeromonas, Vibrio parahaemolyticus etc.
