It specially acts on the hydrolases in cell wall of microbial, it exists in a variety of tissue and secretion of human and animal, and also exists in some plants and microorganisms. It can dissolve the cell walls of Gram-positive bacteria and plays a strong role in killing the bacteria, it also can be used to crystallize the protein lysozyme preparations and prevent food spoilage, it is widely used in food preservation (especially cheese , sake production), medicine (tablets, capsules, eye drops, throat fluid), daily chemical product (toothpaste, cosmetics), baby food (breast milk powder) and scientific research.
