    Summary

      Natamycin is also called Pimaricin, it is a kind of antifongin, with broad-spectrum and double effect of anti-fungal function. It can inhibit not only the growth of a variety of fungi and yeast , but also the generation of fungal toxin. Natamycin contains 50% active ingredient. Just small amount of Natamycin can inhibit all molds and yeasts which can cause food corruption. Natamycin has no inhibition effect on bacteria, so it does not affect the natural maturation process of yogurt, cheese, ham and dry sausage.
