Before inoculating hybridoma cells into the abdominal cavity of mice, injecting this adjuvant into the abdominal cavity can induce the rapid proliferation of hybridoma cells in the abdominal cavity and produce and secrete more antibodies.
Storage: After centrifugation, the ascites can be transferred to a new centrifuge tube and frozen at -20°C. It can also be mixed with sterilized glycerol in equal proportions and placed in a -20°C refrigerator for long-term storage. If the storage time is long, it can also be transferred to - 80℃ refrigerator.
